LAND AND PROPERTY owned by the Company is managed by the
Real Estate Development Division which continuously
inspects prime sites with a view to acquisition. Its portfolio
ranges from virgin sites to fully developed properties ready
for leasing.

| The Alireza Centre, ambitious real
estate project, was completed in 1978 which boasts prestige
office space in the heart of the city's business quarter with
enviable views over the Red Sea and the port. The headquarters
of the Company occupies six of its fifteen floors. |

Of significance in the Company's current real estate portfolio
are holdings of undeveloped land in Yanbu and Al-Khobar. There
are also residential developments complete with the appropriate
communal facilities in both Jeddah and Khamis Mushayt. The
Company has invested in substantial real estate in the Central
Province also.
